Radiant isn’t a franchise and not a storm-chasing outfit. It’s two people who split a map, run their own crews, and answer their own phones.
What it looks like in practice
No dispatcher, no call center, no lead sold to whoever bought the zip code this week. Matt covers the south of the map and Gunner the north, and each of them runs his own crews.
Each of them runs his own project managers too, and the person who quotes your roof is accountable for it start to finish. That is why the quote you get is the price you pay.
The territory is split so that the person quoting your roof is the person who lives near it. There’s no dispatcher in between.
Matt runs the southern half — the I-29 corridor down through Lincoln County and across into Nebraska, Iowa and southwest Minnesota — plus the Fargo office up in the Red River Valley. Busiest hail territory we cover, and the one where knowing which adjusters are reasonable actually matters.

If you have five more years in the roof you have, that’s what we’ll say. It costs us a job today and it’s the reason the phone rings in three years.
Every cent of it. Anyone offering to waive, absorb or "work around" a deductible is offering to commit insurance fraud with your policy, and it tells you exactly how they handle everything else.
Every inspection comes with pictures of what we actually found — the rot in the decking, the bruising on the mat, the flashing somebody reused. You should never have to take a roofer at his word.
Our quotes break out materials, labor, tear-off and disposal so you can compare them honestly against anyone else. A one-number quote is a quote designed not to be compared.
Manufacturer warranties only hold when a certified crew installs the full system. These are the ones we’re approved for.
